Payment Terms

For works up to £1,000, payment is due in full on completion of the works, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For works exceeding £1,000, a deposit is required to confirm and secure the booking. This must be received at least 7 days prior to the agreed start date. We reserve the right to reschedule work if the deposit has not been received. Work will not be scheduled or commenced until the deposit has been received. The deposit confirms acceptance of the quotation and these Terms & Conditions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due in full within 7 days of completion of the works.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments where applicable.

2. Quotation Validity

This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to review and amend pricing if required.

3. Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels the work within 7 days of the agreed start date, we reserve the right to retain any deposit paid and/or charge for any costs incurred (including materials ordered or time allocated). Notice of cancellation should be provided as early as possible.

4. Unforeseen Work / Additional Works

This quotation is based on the condition of surfaces and areas visible at the time of inspection. In some cases, additional work may be required once work has commenced (for example, more extensive blown plaster, hidden defects, or larger affected areas than initially anticipated). Any additional work will be discussed and agreed with the customer prior to proceeding and will be charged accordingly.
